- Now make ball size portions and keep aside. Apply oil all over the palm. Now take each ball size portion of the keema mixture and place it on the palm and pat and make round shape.Now place boiled egg and wrapped tightly. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan and drop the Nargisi kofta and deep fry them on a low medium flame till golden brown and keep aside.
- Now take another pan heat oil and add chopped onions sauté for a min till translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min along with tomato puree and all the dry spices like turmeric powder chilli powder and sauté on a medium flame.
- Now add cashew paste and mix well and cook for a min
- Now add the fried Nargisi kofta into the gravy and cook for 25 to 30 mins on a low medium flame and cover with the lid.
- Once done off the gas burner and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with paratha, roti or rice.
