  2. Keep mixing on medium flame until milk is reduced to half meanwhile dissolve 1 tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup milk
  3. Add this cornflour mixture to the reduced milk mixture stirring continuously cook another 2 to 3 minutes on low flame
  4. Off gas cool mixture completely…Pour in kulfi mould once cooled deep freeze 6 to 8 hours
  5. After 8 hours dip the mould in water for 30 seconds and slowly un mould kulfi and relish

Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder. Mix well and let the milk cool down completely. Fill the kulfi mould with the mixture and close the lid. Turn off the flame,add prepared thick milk mixture,mix until well combined & set aside. Place clay pots directly on the flame,pour cooked kulfi mixture and bring it to boil then take out in a bowl.
