- Take a wok and add gram flour and yogurt
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmaric powder
- Add ginger paste and garlic paste and add salt to taste as well
- Add water to make paste first to avoid lumps than add more water and make very thin better. Cook on low flame
- Cook by continuously stirring till boil come and better started thickened. Than keep spoon inside the wok and cook on low flame for at least 45_50 minutes. Keep stirring in between when needed
- Take a bowl and add 1 cup gram flour, chopped green chillies, sliced onions and red chillies
- Add salt and with water make a thick paste for pakora
- Now just before frying add pinch of baking soda and fry pakora. Take out when turn golden brown into plate and keep a side
- When curry thickened and all the spices also cooked well Than add pakora into it. Cover the lid and cook for 15_20 minutes on simmer
- In another patella soak rice for 30 minutes. boil rice in water and salt in it. When done drain all the water and keep a side on simmer for 5 minutes
- Collect every thing for baghar. Prepare baghar and pour over pakora curry, When curry done completely and pakora also soaked well.
