  3. Wash the bitter gourd with water. Squeeze all the water. Put it in the batter.
  4. Heat oil in a wok. Fry all the pakora on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer it in a serving plate, sprinkle chat masala. Serve it with chutney or any sauce.
