  3. In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and spread the batter evenly. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and finely chopped coriander leaves if preferred.
  4. Cover and let it simmer for 2 minutes and flip over. Make 2 slits in the middle and add a nob of butter and cover and cook for another minute. Remove cover and flip over and cook for 30 seconds flip again and once cooked remove and serve with chutney or chai. Repeat the same with the rest of the batter.
