  5. Knead the dough and make two portions. Roll each into 8" diameter thick round roti. Place one rolled roti on non-stick tawa. Roast on both sides with 1 tsp oil/ ghee.
  6. On one roasted side of roti spread mayonnaise. In middle spread 2 tbsp chopped onion and capsicum pieces as shown.
  7. On it placed half of paneer tikka masala mixture as shown. On it grate half of the cheese cube.
  8. Fold and serve immediately.
